Involves the performance of physical exercise which are designed to improve strength and endurance. Some classes with be light weights, lots of reps. Or, heavier weights with less reps all developing muscle and gaining results. $6 a class, .49 processing fee.
Drop-In Class: Must be cancelled 1 hour before class starts in order for a refund request to be considered. As our services are digital products, it is deemed "used" after being emailed, downloaded and/or opened. Under no circumstances will refunds be given if the class has started, is in session or has expired.
