Service Description

Indoor cycling focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. It involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a class setting. $6 a class, .49 processing fee.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-In Class: Must be cancelled 1 hour before class starts in order for a refund request to be considered. As our services are digital products, it is deemed "used" after being emailed, downloaded and/or opened. Under no circumstances will refunds be given if the class has started, is in session or has expired.
