Yet, if your goals are weight loss, egg whites are the way to go. And yes, they are good. Add a lil seasoning you wonât know the difference. Try them, I promise! lol....If high cholesterol is a concern - egg whites. The yolk is what affects your cholesterol.

I like the whole egg....It tastes better with the yolk & its the higher protein for me.....
My preference is the egg whites however whole eggs is go to depending on how you cook either one of them
