Well I have been fasting for 30 day i’m a vegetarian I have been just eating vegetables I’m trying to stay away from carbs.Currently I’m looking for new recipes
That’s awesome! Vegetables can certainly sustain us. Carbs aren’t always the culprit?!?! It’s our choice of carbs that we choose and/or the portions size being eaten.
I’ve been eating Oatmeal for breakfast for the last 20 years. Not because it’s healthier, or trying to lose weight. Simply because I like it. You’re more likely to be successful in your fitness goals if your nutritional choices are enjoyable.

For the past 9 years, I’ve been eating salmon & salad for lunch Monday thru Friday. Still hyped about that lunch choice because it’s good & healthy....
But oh, “someone” suggested I try oatmeal for breakfast..so for the past 2 months I switched from my 9 years of turkey sausage/eggs to oatmeal...What a game changer......Loving my new refound love of oatmeal....

I’d say which ever one you enjoy eat it! 🤷🏾♀️ It’s better than waffles, strawberry pancakes, etc for breakfast. Not really a good or bad , for you kinda thing. Yet, see for yourself and make a decision that’s best for you.
Well I do not care for any kind of hot cereal. I put either Cracklin Bran or shredded wheat bites in a baggie 1/3 to be exact. Eat with my protein shake in the morning. I change up with Cheerios every now and then.
